Reviewed publication Jitka Jelínková: Nature conservation and landscape prevention Act. Practical commentary. Prague: Wolters Kluwer, 2021. Summary The paper is a review of an monograph called Nature conservation and landscape prevention Act. Practical commentary. The focus of the commentary is on the interpretation of the most frequent provisions of general nature and landscape protection (here the commentary on the provisions of § 1 to 13 includes almost a fifth of the book) and cross-sectional issues such as public participation (the author also reflects the brand new Judgement of Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic No. Pl. ÚS 22/17 of 2. February 2021) or the use of administrative instruments of nature protection or instruments of legal responsibility. Of course, the author also comments on the provisions concerning special territorial and species protection in the Czech Nature Conservation and Landsdcape Protection Act No. 114/1992 Coll.
