ČASOPIS "ČESKÉ PRÁVO ŽIVOTNÍHO PROSTŘEDÍ"

The Journal “České právo životního prostředí” The journal České právo životního prostředí (Czech Environmental Law Review, ISSN 1213-5542) is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Czech Society for Environmental Law since 2001. It is registered by Ministry of Culture under evidence number MK ČR E11476. The journal is prepared in collaboration with the Department of Environmental Law of the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague. Since 2014, it has been indexed on the List of Reviewed Czech journals by the governmental Research, Development and Innovation Council. Czech Environmental Law Review is the first and currently the only specialized peer-reviewed journal in the Czech Republic that deals with environmental law and environmental policy. It provides updated and detailed information on current development in research, legislation and jurisdiction in Czech, European and international environmental law, as well as on new publications, future activities of the Czech Society for Environmental Law and on other news in the field. The journal is open to all authors who are interested in environmental law, both Czech and from abroad. The editor-in-chief is Doc. The thematic pieces that are to be published in the journal are always reviewed by two specialists in the concerned field, who decide whether the text is suitable for publication or provide comments that are subsequently sent to the author. ♠♠
