“SUCCEEDING GENERATIONS“ IN THE UNITED NATIONS CHARTER… “SUCCEEDING GENERATIONS” IN THE UNITED NATIONS CHARTER AND THEIR ROLE FOR THE UNITED NATIONS CRIMINAL JUSTICE STUDIES Abstract : Through the results of various empirical findings, this criminological essay aims to prove how important it is to look at the role of the United Nations Charter for criminal justice education to prevent violent conflicts for succeeding generations. In the interest of strengthening peace and security in the world this essay promotes the United Nations Criminal Justice Studies. It contains the proposal for the operationalization of human rights education by pursuing its grass-roots advancement through the United Nations non-governmental organizations and the popularization of this method through the United Nations Academic Impact Initiative. Resumé: Tento kriminologický příspěvek si klade za cíl ukázat na základě empi rických poznatků důležitou roli Charty OSN pro vzdělávání v trestním soudnictví, a to s cílem ochrany dalších generací před násilnými konflikty. V zájmu posílení míru a bezpečnosti ve světě tato esej programově podporuje trestněprávní studia OSN a zahrnuje i návrh na zlepšení organizace výchovy k lidským právům prostřednic tvím nevládních organizací působících při OSN.
