KATEŘINA UHLÍŘOVÁ CYIL 5 ȍ2014Ȏ sonálním obsazení a chodu mnoha státních institucí a mělo značný vliv na obsah nově přijímané legislativy (včetně recepce mezinárodněprávních závazků). S vědomím existující plurality pojetí vlády práva se příspěvek zaměřuje zejména na roli mezinárodního práva v procesu znovunastolení vlády práva v BiH ve dvou specifických oblastech: ochrany lidských práv a trestání zločinů podle mezinárod ního práva, ke kterým došlo na území BiH v letech 1992-1995. Většina zahraniční i domácí odborné literatury se v této souvislosti věnuje zejména založení a činnosti Mezinárodního trestního tribunálu pro bývalou Jugoslávii (ICTY). Tento příspěvek proto stručně představuje unikátní soudní mechanismus, který působí na vnitro státní úrovni, tj. senát pro válečné zločiny soudu BiH a vysvětluje jeho úzké vazby na ICTY. (Aberystwyth); Ph.D. (Brno)] is a senior lecturer at Masaryk University, Faculty of Law in Brno, the Czech Republic. Since 2007 she has been teaching International Public Law (in the Czech language) and several courses in English (International Criminal Law, International Humanitarian Law, International Law in International Tribunals and Domestic Courts and Jessup Moot Court). She was previously interning as a Law Clerk at the Office of the President at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague and the War Crimes Chamber of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo. She has lectured and presented papers at various universities and conferences abroad, including at the American Society of International Law (ASIL) Conference; UC Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law; Golden Gate University; DePaul University; City University New York; University of Nottingham; Queen‘s University of Belfast; Aberystwyth University, Trinity College Dublin; University of Antwerp; NATO School/Oberammergau; University of Bologna; Amsterdam University; Utrecht University; University of Ljubljana; University of Sarajevo; University of Rijeka/ Motovun; University of Prishtina and Indian Society of International Law/New Delhi. She was a Visiting Lecturer at Golden Gate University, School of Law in San Francisco between 2010-2013. She is a recipient of the Helton Fellowship awarded by the ASIL. She publishes both in the Czech Republic and abroad (USA, United Kingdom, Belgium, Australia, Greece and India). She is a member of the Academic Committee of the Utrecht Network; Science Advisory Board at Masaryk University; Czech Bar Association; Czech Society of International Law; ASIL and the Czech Center for Human Rights and Democratization.
