However, this perspective is not necessarily what the states wish to rely on. On the other hand, if states do not intend to fortify their frontiers, build walls and furnish them with barbed wires, they have to look for some reasonable solution. Maybe such a solution could be directed to their own territories so that their own citizens need not flee, or to more extensive assistance provided to their neighbours. The publication represents a useful and significant contribution as it deals with one of the most crucial topics of to the current migration and refugee discussion. One of the main cons of the publication which needs to be highlighted is the variety of its contributors who come from different backgrounds and are interested in different, but still highly relevant, areas of law.
