RESPONSE OF INTERNATIONAL LAW TO INTERNATIONAL CRIMES presents actions of cooperation between the UN, OECD, EU and other public or private institutions against this phenomena. The fight against terrorism is generally regulated by international law, and terrorism as such, particularly its severe forms, is already internationally prosecuted; but in connection with financing of international terrorism by organized crime (the illegal gold trade), it is still judged mostly under national level law (criminal law). The presented collective monograph (or rather study) attempted to answer (but also opens) a series of theoretical and practical issues. It is undoubtely a contribution to the discussion held by the academics in connection with the phenomena called “international crimes” and their regulation by intenational law. Štefan Viedenský *
