The international conventions don’t include separate chapters dedicated to using of radioisotopes and radioisotope products in nuclear medicine. Of course, the issues of legal regulation of nuclear medicine may be subject of many legal researches but it is important for future development of legal regulation in the sphere of use of nuclear energy. And with this regard, a huge role is assigned to the IAEA, representatives of the scientific and expert community. 5. Conclusion and acknowledgement The issues of legal support of nuclear medicine rightly become the subject of international scientific and practical round tables. These issues were actively discussed in the Moscow State Law University (MSAL) during the round table held on October 20, 2017, 11 and during the round table held on February 8, 2019, on the Modern Tasks and Trends in the Development of Nuclear Law dedicated to the Day of Science. 12 In this regard, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL), Jakub Handrlica (Prague, the Czech Republic), representatives of State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom (Russia), and representatives of the scientific and expert community for support in preparing and participation in scientific conferences, round tables devoted to nuclear law, including the issues of legal regulation of nuclear medicine.
