There are various approaches to patient prioritisation not only among different countries but also within them. In this context, neither the Statement nor the Framework is excessively different fromwhat can be considered the standard content of guidelines. While the Statement is significantly conservative, we need to bear in mind that it simply reflects the requirement set by the Czech legislature.
