Because the scan of judgments to locate international contractual disputes was done manually, judgments might be missed from the listed results. However, the authors have found no other useful methods to assure the collection of all judgments. The SPC has not publicized any similar report and neither has any law journal. At the same time, this research does not cover Vietnamese Court Decisions (such as Announcement of accepting jurisdiction, Announcement of returning jurisdiction, Decisions of successfully mediation or Decisions on suspending the settlement of civil cases), because they generally have not revealed basis of international jurisdiction that the cases was based upon.
