The specificity of this terrorist organization is reflected in its ability to provide a steady source of income by exploiting the territory they controlled, without firm reliance on external sources of funding and donations of natural persons ISIL injected into its funds for the logistical preparation and execution of terrorist attacks. 7

Money laundering in international legislation National legislations and international organizations deal with various aspects of money laundering, trying to establish an adequate legal framework for the prevention of money laundering by organized crime and terrorist organizations.
