* JUDr. David Sehnálek, Ph.D ., is a senior lecturer at the Department of International and European Law, Faculty of Law, Masaryk University. His research focuses primarily on European constitutional law, external relations of the European Union and European private international law. In his legal practice as an attorney at law he focuses primarily on commercial law and international private law. He publishes articles in the above mentioned fields of study and is also an author and co-author of a number of monographs.
