• Reduce the administrative burden associated with doing business. Although it can be stated that in recent years, there has been a reduction in the administrative burden associated with business, a number of administrative tasks in the relationship between entrepreneur and public administration are still not digitalized. For this reason, business entities, but also the state, must spend resources on these activities that could be used much more effectively in other areas. The best digitalized EU countries include Denmark, Sweden, Finland, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. • State-guaranteed loan for the establishment of a startup. It is a very important tool to support startups in the UK, where the state guarantees loans for startups (not all business activities) with a fixed interest rate of 6% p.a. This interest rate is optimally set, as it does not reach the level required by commercial banking institutions and at the same time makes it clear to entrepreneurs that this support is not provided free of charge. As mentioned above, startups have very limited access to short-term or long-term loans provided by banking institutions. For this reason, this tool could increase the attractiveness of the Czech Republic and attract a number of new startup projects.
