from private entities, as in many respects, the Czech Republic also trails far behind in this respect. Therefore, following the example of Austria, the Czech Republic needs to gather much more systematic feedback from private entities in an effort to better identify and possibly optimize the digitalized services that it plans to provide or already offers.
