advanced, it is expected that the replacement between the two types of vehicles will be natural. Furthermore, even with Brazil having chosen to de-carbonize its transport matrix with biofuels by 2030, as described in the nationally determined contribution (NDC), it is still strategic for the country to invest in electric cars. An opportunity for the country also comes from the combination of electric cars and biofuels. Thus, it is up to society to make that choice and the planner realize it.
