Protocol No. 7, 1114 Article 3 of Protocol No. 12, 1115 and Article 5 of Protocol No. 13. 1116 Nevertheless, in order to make the manuscript more synoptic, the author decided to divide the rights into two groups, namely the rights of Article 34 NGOs envisaged in the Convention itself and those set forth by the Protocols to the Convention.

1114 Article 7 of Protocol No. 7 to the Convention: “As between the States , the provisions of Articles 1 to 6 of this Protocol shall be regarded as additional Articles to the Convention, and all the provisions of the Convention shall apply accordingly.” 1115 Article 3 of Protocol No. 12 to the Convention: “As between the States , the provisions of Articles 1 and 2 of this Protocol shall be regarded as additional Articles to the Convention, and all the provisions of the Convention shall apply accordingly.” 1116 Article 5 of Protocol No. 13 to the Convention: “As between the states Parties the provisions of Articles 1 to 4 of this Protocol shall be regarded as additional Articles to the Convention, and all the provisions of the Convention shall apply accordingly.”
