Dr. Eliška Flídrová continues with her chapter called Protection of children’s rights in the context of temporality of international protection. The author understands temporality in the context of international protection at several levels: the refugee status itself within the meaning of the Convention relating to the Status of Refugees; the concept of temporary protection in the concept of EU sub-regional law is also understood as temporary. A special focus is given to children as a particularly vulnerable group. Dr. Alla Tymofeyeva discusses the topic of Older women in proceedings in front of the European Court of Human Rights. She examines the position of older women from the perspective of the case-law of the ECtHR and analyses special treatment of older women as vulnerable persons, in particular, based on the sex and age. Last chapter, written by dr. MilanLipovský , is called Indirect substantive protection of children under the Rome Statute. The author analyses the protection of children via the punishment of perpetrators of crimes under international law described in the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court that are particularly focused on children as their victims.
