La protection de la biodiversité marine en droit international : à la recherche d´un cadre d´harmonisation d´une réglementation disparate. Summary The peer-reviewed publication is an extensive monograph written in French, based on the author‘s doctoral dissertation, which she defended at the end of 2015 at the Université de Nantes. The topic of this monograph, the protection of marine natural diversity (biodiversity) in international law, is, at least in the Czech context, completely new and pioneering. The author of the peer-reviewed monograph Karolina Žákovská works as a senior lecturer and research assistant at the Department of Environmental Law, Faculty of Law, Charles University.
