The first part provides general background and explains reasons for writing present Article about the Administrative Tribunal of the International Labour Organization (ILOAT) Judgment 3640, the second part focuses on the definition of harassment under the relevant administrative rules of UNESCO, the third part analyses factual background and legal analysis of ILOAT Judgment 3640, the fourth part dwells upon some important principles of ILOAT case-law concerning harassment, and the fifth part contains conclusion. Resumé: Aktuální článek je rozdělen do pěti částí. První část poskytuje obecné pozadí a vysvětluje důvody pro napsání tohoto článku o rozsudku Administrativního Tribunálu Mezinárodní organizace práce 3640, druhá část se zaměřuje na definici obtěžování podle příslušných administrativních pravidel UNESCO, třetí část analyzuje skutkové pozadí a obsahuje právní analýzu rozsudku 3640 ILOAT, čtvrtá část se zabývá některými důležitý mi zásadami judikatury ILOAT týkající se obtěžování a pátá část obsahuje závěr. As of today, the author has litigated seven cases before ILOAT including a landmark case concerning the reimbursement of national income tax of three US nationals working in the UNESCO Secretariat (cf. ILOAT Judgment 2255, available on line at https://webapps.ilo.org/dyn/triblex/triblexmain.fullText?p_lang=en&p_judgment_ no=2255&p_language_code=EN, website visited on 18 June 2024) as well as a number of cases before the Appeals Board of UNESCO.
