At the same time, the results of verification of the theoretical model for the development of the production structure of industrial enterprises, according to the authors, can become the basis for the development of business models of enterprises of the represented industry. Since the proposed model for the development of the production structure of industrial enterprises operates not only with qualitative characteristics, it also allows on the base of the results of distribution in clusters to obtain a quantitative set of indicators characterizing the results of activities of enterprises in this industry taking into account the typification of production structures proposed by the authors. This will allow the management of enterprises to choose the optimal production structure taking into account the planned indicators of financial and economic activity. At the same time, according to the authors, the development of plans for the strategic development of enterprises requires the use of additional models. Therefore, at the next stage of research, it is planned to build a model for increasing the efficiency of the studied enterprises. Similar studies were previously conducted by authors in other industries, in particular for retail organizations in the Czech Republic. Using this model, taking into account the identified patterns of organizational development, allows you to more effectively build a development strategy for the organization.
