4. Digital factory Production control system is base of modern and digital factory which is connected with all equipments and devices in factory. The newest parts of digital factory are digital maintenance, virtual reality. These technologies are parts of the newest version production control systems which have these compatibilities. 4.1 Digital maintenance Digital maintenance is software which is helpful for increase effectivity of maintenance department. Base of digital maintenance is application which is in smartphones. Smartphone has each repairman in pocket. In production placed computers, where is possible to send ticked with task for service. For using fast inserting data to ticket by setter is knows where is a technical issue and what exact is it. Mostly is possible to choose priority of task. On base of inserted ticket repairman who is free will chose his next service or task a go directly to next service. Data which are received from application “digital maintenance” are using for report and analysis by production control system.
