Zvláštní cena Přímá volba prezidenta v ČR a v jiných parlamentních republikách Kristýna Bukovská – 2. ročník Anotace Tato práce se zabývá především zavedením institutu přímé volby prezidenta republi- ky do českého ústavního pořádku a porovnává jej s ústavními úpravami na Slovensku a v Rakousku. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí, první část se věnuje ústavní novele, která zavádí přímou volbu prezidenta do Ústavy ČR, druhá část pojednává o přímé volbě prezidenta na Slovensku, poslední třetí část se zaměřuje na institut přímé volby prezi- denta dle rakouské ústavní úpravy. Cílem této práce není hodnotit jednotlivé ústavní úpravy, nýbrž jakási komparace institutu přímé volby hlavy státu v těchto republikách s parlamentní formou vlády. Abstract This work deals above all with the institute of the direct election of the president in the Czech constitutional order and compares it with the constitutional regulations in Slovakia and in Austria. The work is divided into three parts, the first part deals with the new law, which establishes the direct election of the president in the Constitution of the Czech republic, the second part concerns the direct election of the president in Slovakia, the last third part focuses on the institute of the direct election of the president according to Austrian constitutional regulation. The aim of this work is not to judge particular constitutional regulations, but it is the comparison of the institute of the direct election of the head of state in these republics with parlamentary form of governance.
