people were imprisoned because of him. Čurda changed his name and nationality and then he got married. After liberation of Czechoslovakia, he wanted to escape but he was arrested. After Second World War, they were investigated because of the committed crimes. Witnesses were examined, experts said their wise opinion and documentary evidence were found. In this case the court did justice and sentenced them to death on 29 th April 1947.
